If you are unsatisfied for any reason with a purchase from the Site, Patch Love™ offers a thirty (30) day full refund policy from the date of your initial purchase, excluding shipping costs. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days by contacting us.

In the body of the email, kindly provide your name, contact information, shipping address, and the reason for the refund request. Please note that we reserve the sole right and discretion to determine whether your purchase is eligible for our refund policy. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
